The workshop is for members only and is aimed at Community Rail Officers. You will get the most from this course if you come with a project in mind as there will be opportunities for participants to work on their own project during the day.  Previous participants are welcome to attend again.

This online course will provide an overview of some project management tools and techniques as well as an opportunity to think about how to put some of these into practice, with delivering outcomes in mind. You will also be able to share examples with other community rail participants and learn from their experiences.

Outcomes are the changes that will come about as a direct result of your work. Understanding what the outcomes might be will help shape your project plan and enable you to be clear about what evidence you need to gather to demonstrate that your work is achieving its objectives.

The course will be delivered on Zoom. There will be plenty of breaks, time to work on your own and in groups, and a 30min lunch break.
