Our annual Community Rail Conference, hosted in partnership with the Department for Transport, will take place in Derby on Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 October 2026.

The conference, specifically for community rail partnerships and rail industry partners, is an opportunity to network with colleagues, exchange ideas and experiences, learn and find inspiration for future activities.

With keynote speakers exploring Great British Railways, rail reform and devolution, the conference will provide an opportunity to consider what these changes mean for community rail and your CRP specifically.

We’re also pleased to be bringing back our popular Open Platform sessions, giving members the chance to shape the agenda by proposing topics, sharing experiences and discussing the issues that matter most to you.
