In 2021, Gloucestershire Community Rail Partnership (CRP) produced guidance on how communities can have a voice in town and transport planning. The guidance included advice for community rail partnerships to take a holistic approach, looking beyond ‘rail’ and ‘stations’ at wider connectivity needs alongside ‘community’ issues such as social inclusion and local prosperity.
We’re highlighting this valuble piece of work from Gloucestershire CRP as requested by members during the recent Community Rail Conference.
