Gloucestershire CRP seeks passengers to share insights on travel and accessibility

Are you using or considering using Passenger Assist on CrossCountry trains?

Gloucestershire Community Rail Partnership (CRP) is carrying out independent research for CrossCoutry to audit the Passenger Assist service using a mystery shopper approach, and is seeking train travellers to share their insights and perspectives on travel and accessibility.

Passenger Assistance is available to anyone who requires support during their train journey.

Whether you’re a frequent or occasional traveller, Gloucestershire CRP encourages your participation if any part of your journey includes a CrossCountry train (the distinctive silver and maroon trains).

The Partnership is offering free tickets to cover travel on the CrossCountry leg of the journey, as well as £30 reimbursement as cash or voucher for the time to complete the survey. You must be using booked Passenger Assist services for your journey in order to participate in the survey.

Whether you’re travelling for an annual holiday, a weekend getaway, a day trip or for business, Gloucestershire CRP and CrossCountry want to know about your journey experience and the quality of your travel. Share your views and make a difference!

The survey is available as an online form, Word document, large print Word document, printed brochure, or can also be conducted via phone / Zoom call.

If you would like to participate in the survey, answer these questions to tell Gloucestershire CRP how you would like to get involved: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/PassAssistPanel/.

If you have yet to experience Passenger Assist but think it could benefit you, Gloucestershire CRP would love to hear from you. The Partnership particularly values input from customers with hidden disabilities. Visit www.passengerassistance.com to learn more about the service.
