South Western Railway

South Western Railway has been a funding partner of Community Rail Network since 2018. Since then, we have developed a strong relationship which has seen the fastest growth in the number of station adopters anywhere on the rail network, as well as two new community rail partnership lines. We have worked together to put many redundant spaces at SWR stations back into community use and have created a dedicated grant fund for SWR’s station adopters, allowing them to undertake projects which improve their stations for local communities and passengers alike.
