Transport for Greater Manchester

TfGM is delighted to continue to support Community Rail Network and our army of volunteers at railway stations across Greater Manchester. Over the past six years, we have doubled the number of station Friends groups and welcomed two new CRPs onto our network. Working with Community Rail Network, Northern and other TOCs, we’ve helped deliver or fund over 50 projects recently, engaging with schools, colleges, art groups and local communities to put stations back at the heart of the communities they serve.
