Community Rail Network > Responding to ticket office consultations
Revisit our ‘Responding to ticket office consultations’ webinar. Until 1 September 2023, consultations are taking place on proposed changes to how ticket offices operate at railway stations across England. Given community rail’s role in providing a voice for communities, we are encouraging community rail partnerships and station groups to study train operators’ proposals and consider what they mean to communities and passengers in your area, feed in your comments, and support people in your area to do so directly.
This session aims to support you, our members, to engage in the consultation process – helping you to consider the structure of your response. It will also help to improve Community Rail Network’s understanding of members’ views on this matter and will enable us to feed evidence into the consultation and represent our members in national/strategic discussions.
More information on the ticket office consultations can be found here.
