Southeast Communities Rail Partnership brings new life to Upper Warlingham Station

Southeast Communities Rail Partnership has teamed up with East Surrey Arts Society to give Upper Warlingham Station a colourful makeover.

East Surrey Arts Society recently adopted the Upper Warlingham Station and has since worked with the local community to deliver this makeover, with the aim of bringing some colour and interest for passengers.

The project consists of a variety of images installed inside and outside the station with the nearby picturesque Surrey Hills providing the inspiration. Inside the station’s waiting room passengers can view a selection of painted images, all provided by local artists and members of the East Surrey arts Society. Outside the station there are a number of photographic images on display for everyone to enjoy, even if you’re not catching the train.

Upper Warlingham Station is located along the Uckfield and East Grinstead Lines and is part of Southeast Communities Rail Partnership.
