Paul Webster

Full-time.

Paul leads our team of four national and regional member support officers. He is also the main point of contact for our members in the Midlands covered by East Midlands Railway and Chiltern Railways services and stations.

Through his guidance, the regions team provide a wide range of support and advice to our members on planning, project delivery, outcomes, accreditation, funding applications and ensuring consistency in community rail support. Paul brings particular expertise on small group support and use of digital within the voluntary and community sector.

He is firm believer in the role of the railway station as more than just a place to catch a train and that 'every station tells a story'. He has an interest in anything railway related from the 1970s onwards including station buildings, the modern railway and is a volunteer for the charity that has preserved an iconic InterCity 125 train. When not on a train, he likes to get out for walks in the nearby Derbyshire countryside.
