This website www.communityrail.org.uk (the “Site”) is provided by Community Rail Network. Use of the site is governed by these terms and conditions (together with the documents referred to on it) (“Terms and Conditions”).

Access

Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the Site without notice.

Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales and any disputes that may arise will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
