This online course will provide an overview of some project management tools and techniques as well as an opportunity to think about how to put some of these into practice. You will also be able to share examples with other community rail participants and learn from their experiences.

Outcomes are the changes that will come about as a direct result of your work. A well-planned and managed project will ensure that you can achieve and evidence the desired outcomes.

The workshop is aimed at Community Rail Officers but others from Community Rail Network members are most welcome. You will get the most from this course if you come with a project (or projects) in mind as there will be opportunities for participants to work on their own project examples during the day.

The course will be delivered on Zoom. There will be plenty of breaks, break-out discussion groups and time to work on your own without cameras plus a 30min lunch break.
