Community Rail Network > Training and Webinars > Community Rail Tourism Network
Community Rail Network members are invited to the first Tourism Network session of 2024. The sessions provide members with an opportunity to highlight their current projects, share best practices and learn from others, with a tourism and leisure focus. Additionally, the online sessions offer a supportive space to seek advice and discuss challenges around promoting the railway in the current environment.
The session on Thursday 8 February, 10-11:30am, will welcome guest speakers Go Jauntly and RailWalks.co.uk, who will be sharing ways community rail partnerships and station groups can work together to promote new and existing station walks to a wider, national audience.
The Tourism Network is open to Community Rail Network members with an interest in tourism and leisure. If you would like to join the Network and attend future meetings, or if you are interested in delivering a case study to the group, please get in touch with Alice Mannion, Campaigns & leisure promotions coordinator on alice@communityrail.org.uk.
