There are many reasons why your community rail partnership or station group might want to undertake surveys, from measuring impact and large scale consultations to gathering feedback from a small number of project beneficiaries.

This interactive online workshop will provide you with tools and guidance to confidently use surveys in gathering insights and feedback from your community.

We will ask:

• What makes a good survey?
• What questions should we be asking?
• Which tools should we use?

The half-day session will be delivered by Magda Charlton, evaluator and director at Research Oxford.
