The next Community Rail Education Network meeting will be held at 10am on Thursday 10 August, where Chair Karen Bennett will be holding an ‘Education in Community Rail Surgery’ for anyone to come along and ask questions, look for support on projects, and have a general catch up with other members.

The following Education Network meeting will be held on Thursday 14 September at 10am and will be joined by Dave Savage, who will be sharing key learnings from the Feel Good Field Trips project.

An additional in-person Education Network meeting will also be held by Community Rail Lancashire on Thursday 21 September, from 11am-2pm in Accrington. There will be an opportunity to visit the Rail College and find out what students are learning about – including how to lay track!
