AGM and board elections
AGM and board elections 2024/25
Community Rail Network held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 28 January 2025.
Charitable status
There were two resolution votes at the AGM regarding Community Rail Network’s proposal to adopt charitable status (see below downloads). We asked as many of our members as possible to attend our AGM, to cast their vote on this important matter.
The votes for the resolution have now been carefully cross referenced and verified, and both resolutions have passed.
(i) ORDINARY RESOLUTION to seek charitable status has passed. Votes cast were 96% in favour and 4% against.
(ii) SPECIAL RESOLUTION to adopt the articles of association circulated has passed. Votes cast were 96% in favour and 4% against.
